WORSHIP GATHERINGS.

Restoration Church gathers weekly for worship. At these gatherings you’ll find a welcoming environment, an opportunity to connect with others in the community, and a worship service that displays both reverence and relevance. We invite you to come as you are, dressed as you like.

When & Where
We meet at 5:00 PM on Sunday evenings 0.5 miles from the Tenleytown Metro at Washington International Church.  This location is easily accessible by car, metro or bus.

What to Expect
We gather to pray, sing, read Scripture, and listen to the preaching of God’s Word. The service last around 1.5 hours – you are welcome and encouraged to show up a few minutes early and stay after to fellowship with one another.

Our musical style is varied including both hymns and contemporary songs.  The priority for us is not style or genre, but biblical content, theological accuracy, congregational accessibility.

The centerpiece of our gatherings is the preached Word. Typically, we work straight through books of the Bible, studying a passage each week aiming to show how the Scriptures speak life to us all. We realize that some who come are not convinced. Restoration Church is a place where the unconvinced can come seeking answers. We have confidence that they’ll discover truth from what they hear and experience.  For our current preaching series, click here.

There is no dress code, so we invite you to come dressed as you are for our gatherings.

Children’s Ministry
We delight in the opportunity to serve children! For those with children ages 7 and under, we provide care and offer classes during our worship service.  For more information on ‘Restoration Kids,’ click here. Children are also welcome into the service to worship alongside our church family.  We leave it to the discretion of the parent(s) to decide which environment is best.
